What is your story with Yoga?
I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga nearly two decades ago, and it was truly love at first sight. The captivating combination of chanting, pranayama, and movement kept me engaged in every class, offering a depth of experience unlike anything I had encountered before.

What influences your style of teaching?
In my classes, I prioritize the regulation of the nervous system, as I believe it is crucial to have tools and techniques that promote relaxation. We consistently practice being guided by our own intuition, fostering a deep awareness of our bodies. This focus on intuition and body awareness is central to our practice, allowing us to connect with ourselves on a profound level.

Whats the best piece of advice you've received?
The best advice I’ve ever received is that no one’s journey mirrors my own. I embrace my rebellious spirit and always trust my intuition, for the body knows, and we are constantly guided on our unique paths.

What's your perfect Sunday looking like?
I cherish waking up early, allowing myself hours of solitude to write, read, and meditate. Those long, leisurely breakfasts with my kids and husband are truly special. I love taking walks in nature and having friends and family over for early Sunday dinners.​

What do you do for self-care?
I find joy in meditation, sauna sessions, spending time in nature, reading, traveling, and engaging in conversations with inspiring people.​
